Title pretty much sums it up. This website sucks balls these days. Used to have good insightful stories and articles. Now it's just advertising for pump and parts manufacturers.  Not even sure why I ever check this site anymore. That's all.  Chime in if you'd like. 

I hear what your saying.  The part i do not like is when your post gets deleted because your honest opinion about pumps gets deleted because the brand you recommended is not a site sponsor. I try to answer questions but i am always wondering when my next post will get deleted. I never try to say anything about different brands anymore.  This sites loss.

I understand Boomerr but I cant let people talk crap about my sponsors. I do not mind, in fact I love honest opinions as long as they look professional and do not come off as foolish. This post "Sucking Balls" is a good example of how and why our industry does not take operators seriously. 

If you want people Contractors and owners to look at us as professionals you have to act like them. When a contractor comes on this site and see people acting stupid it does not help.

as Todd will tell you I was one of the original members maybe like first 10 , I have seen lots of changes with this site , I still check time to time to see if I can help anyone , I usually do not comment on posts as this one anymore , but , as with everything money plays a major factor in what one has to do to keep a business/site going , at one point it became a picture board , it was a bash board , etc. , everything as Bis said evolves , everything changes , we all may not like it , but one thing that was said earlier rings true , this board is what we/you make of it , don't like it ? Do your part to change it , if you don't then you have no reason to complain , you are part of the problem.
