I actualy don't know so very much about telebelts but I can tell you what some major (dis-)advantages :

Advantage: never plug, easy prime, litlle 'leftovers', can take any kind of crete. Even plain rock!! haha

Massive Disadvantage: As soon as there is an obstacle in the way your f'cked. Specialy when it stands quite close to you. Than you get a big 'blind' corner because the boom is very wide and there are no elbows so you cant put the boom in an ark over anything..

They have a 'minimum' reach, but move very fast. Steep learning curve for the mixer drivers - gets messy for the belt operator. Very little stress, compared to pumping. Simple to operate. There is a 'knack' to keeping them clean, and the upkeep.

never operated one but told they can block and when they do its real messy.for cost and versatility cant go past conventional pump.i think original concrete placement was by conveyor belts so it is old technology but if you want to move other materials as well could be a viable option.

I realy like the fact that you can do more then place concrete with them ! They would also be very good for factory work but you would need  a 45+ metre boom I think.

Thanks for the advise

First, the LB-40T5 stands for Loop Belt 40m Telescopic 5 section boom.

For sure a conveyor can be messy if you don’t know what you are doing,  but if it is run properly it will run as clean as your pumps without the worry of a bad mix. I would rather plug a conveyor and spill then plug my pump and have a boom party.

A conveyor is a tool just like a pump and some jobs are better for a conveyor and some jobs are better for a pump.  A conveyor can place all the gravel and then place the concrete up to 300 yards an hour.

And for “Dipstick” but only if there is no building in the way J
