For all we have in common we are a pretty diverse group. I think the diversity is what makes this site. I know, for me, it gives me a venue for passing along many hard learned lessons to many more people than I could othewise reach. And for that I say:

They say that the average person that takes an open book test retains 25% of what they read.This in itself is a good thing,now the down side.There will always be a super/forman that will say billie bob,tom,Rachel would do it,Whoaaaa.At this point your best friend is your radio/phone and a call to the office.If ones gut instinct says foul,go with it and make the call.As always one ahhh sh+t knocks out 10 atth boys.I could never live with the thought I hurt someone because I was stupid.
