I failed my DOT exam in november due to loss of hearing. I have had four hearing tests and one CT scam . So after all the tests i have mild to profound hearing loss in both ears. so after all the tests minus what my insurance has picked up. my cost is 3100.00 bucks for a DOT card for a company that has little to no work.

Man what a rip off get you a hearing aid ,look up Cabela's they have some hearing aids for 200.00 or so dollars, I need one my self game ears are cheaper than Beltone, when you get older your eyes get bad and your hearing just being around construction equipment will do a job on you in know time.

A DOT card is a health card, here it cost 50 dollars.
