I not really sure to be honest. My 2015 43m has the 2525 and only has one cooler. I've never seen the second run so I guess it's just a back up, or maybe when it get up to a certain temp they both kick on.

From what I have been told the newer schwings have two oil coolers to help with hydraulic oil temps on big yardage pours , it has always been a issue on large matt pours when you are pumping high output for long durations.

Sprinkel water over your radiator/cooler and the temp will drop right down. Don't need much, just a continues slight sprinkel like when it rains.  Of course it helps if there is decent water suply on site..

We order all new pumps with dual coolers. It helps a ton on the big pours, high or long pushes and in hotter climates.
