We just got the new S41SX from schwing. This pump rocks!!! But had a few problems with the hydrolic filter sensors and the outriggers leaking down overnight. But other than that, this pump is heaven!!!!!!!

My pump is an 07. It was the first pump with all the upgrades for 07. Upgrades for problems they had in 06. It sucks that the upgrades leaded to more problems, but I worked through it!

The guy that delivered my pump drove it 1200 miles with 2 out of round front tires, and never said anything about it. I drove it home 150 miles and it damn near shook me apart. It shook the mirror brackets rite off the truck.

What are the upgrades from 06 to 07?The 34 that is running me now will be 3 years old in november.Only upgrade needed is a larger washout water tank, and maybe a cd player....Is that a picture of a pump from Nicks concrete pumping?

I never want a Z boom again. I hate them.

The 39 is very similar. But as you know, I have 2 more meters, and there is some options that the 41 came with that no other pumps have yet. You fill the water box differently, and empty. It is much easier. The lighting kit is real nice. It has the 400 engine in it. 4.5 inch pipe, wich is not real noticable when pumping. It comes with the biggest pump kit in the world. So it hammers mud. Many more things.

That is not my pump. My pump has a 130 gals. water tank, for an experienced operator thats plenty. That has been upgraded from 75 gals.

What is it you do not like about the Z boom MG ? The advantage is in Z you only have 20 ' of pipe to drain. I really like the way a roll n fold operates but it takes a bit longer to set up.

never had any problems whit it but the outriggers leak over night and when i set up its hard to bring then in with out droping the feet a little bit it way better than my 39m ill tell you what. three words vector control system ya mama lol.

I never had a problem with the amount of time it took to set up a roll and fold. I know how much time you save setting up a Z. But like you said, a roll and fold operates much better. And when you spend more of your time operating than you do setting up, I feel operating is more important. I hate the way a Z operates.

I have the same problem with my outriggers also. You just have to puck them up a little to get them to come in bout a foot then you can raise them up and pull them in. It is a check valve problem. Joe Bobanue from Schwing and I, have been in close contact about that problem, and some others. He said it could be up to a year before the problem is resolved and fixed. I have also found that if you bring your rear outrigger in first, the front one comes in just a little better.
