ruff day i think i was wearing more concrete than i pumped this morning 4,000 mix 36m and 130' of hose primed with grout and quickly blew a hose and then pluged in the boom and then pluged in the hose agin and then and then long story short the customer said you can't pump this mix and they were wright acted like lightweight but it was'nt 3/4 1/2 3/8" to much rock kept rock packin oh yeah manfactured sand 150 yards i pumped 2 yards including the grout |

Man that sucks!!!...It's going to take a while but people will learn that these pumps don't like Manufactured sand!! |

Why so much hose?130 ft. is alot of friction.Was it 4" hose? |

130' dose'nt seem like a lot to me 240' thats different.yes 4" they all said i could'nt pump it so tell me agin why was i there? |

When using system I generally use the amount of hose needed,and no more.Basically any rubber hose will add extra friction,why not use steel pipe?
