Hello dear colleagues,
Last years a lot concrete pumps for North America market was sold to work in Middle East and some other countries having hot climate. How do moved machineries behave theyself in those environmental conditions? Are there the typical running probleme? Thank you so much for your time. |

If properly maintained they will perform well. They operate in Arizona well. |

with all that sand over there use more grease.and clean the coolers more often. sand storms can cause havock on equipment. |

what about heat issues, running in 100 plus temp all day any issues there? |

We do it in Az all the time without much in the way of heat issues. You just have to monitor you temps more. Changing out the water in the waterbox during a pour helps as well. I had to spray the brain on our one 28M during a 24/7 pour. I was thinking of making a mister for that and for the aircooler intake for the hydralic system. I must say though the Schwing engineers did screw the pooch on the 32Meters cooler placement, it is in the worst place ever for cooling. |

Some of the manufactures have a set up for adding an additional cooler. If you build heat fairly quick you got problems elsewhere. If you got some auction units make sure cooler has a decent fan on it. Not some piece of junk from wallmart |

thanks to your utterances it's clear more or less regarding working of pump. However, exists an opinion that there aren't skilled service and parts for Macks and other made for American market trucks everywhere outside North Americain. How do they feel there? |

Parts and service for the Macks could very well be a problem. It's just the Mack specific parts and systems that will be an issue. You do have Kenworth's over there in the oilfield, I believe, and much of the auxiliary pieces are the same, such as air compressors, valves, fan clutches, etc.
Mack is owned by Volvo, perhaps the dealers will provide support. |
