Except drunk drivers and loaded handguns. I have pieces of alarmclock embeded into my bedroom wall!

Today was the first pour on a new project/new account and I woke up LATE!! Pulled a rookie move, Fell asleep on the couch. Atleast I woke up in work clothes. I got there and set up before concrete did. But I had em worried. Thank God the pump was ready to roll. I broke a few laws doin'it but I beat mud to the job!

Everyone is late eventually. Alot of times it simply out of our control. Shit happens. But just plain old sleeping in... NO excuses Shame on me. Better start set 2 or 4 alarms like I used to!

Back in the early 80's i worked for a guy named John Hendrex. He used to sleep on the floor right by the door, one day when i came in at 4am i tripped over him. I used to always fear being late and would always come in really early.

some of my worst days on a pump was late days just f#&* up the whole day,and nobody feels worse about it then you do so you spend the whole day kicking yourself in the a&*,I will not say I wont ever be late again but its been about 5 years now I adopted the policy I would rather be a hour early than 2 minutes late and it sure does make life easier
