anyone know what wires control the throttle for remote on the putz tb 105? think I got a short when it heats up the throttle cuts out. is it tied into the cruise control switch? sucks having to load wood on the pedal

Radio remote? It caused funny stuff. Try cabled

yeah i'll have to try the cabled remote. I know when the throttle cuts out, I cant even set the throttle using cruise control

The throttle plus signal comes from the control cabinet plug X88 pin 15.  It goes to X112, but I'd have to know your schematic number, to know the type of plug, to tell you what pin. 

Schematic number is on a silver sticker on the inside of the cabinet door.  It might be A383009 or A370160.  It will have a "REV," or revision character, like "C."  Revision character can also be blank.

The throttle minus signal comes out of X88 pin 16 and goes through X112.  The X112 connectors, on 105s, are near the passenger-side firewall, behind the passenger front tire.  Depending on model year, they could be a rectangular white plastic connecter, a flat-pin connector (like a boat trailer plug) or a cannon-type screw pin connector.  In the photo, the "pregnant" wad of wire loom is wrapped around it.  The flat pin or cannon connectors usually don't have the wrap.

The harness to X112 has been known to touch the exhaust pipe, so check it out.  The rectangular plastic connectors were famous for growing moss, kinda like a chia pet.  Clean them out.

The Telebelts rely totally on the cruise control.  A faulty clutch micro switch, brake light switch or cruise switch can cause drop-outs.  There are also Mack relays that are involved.  Make sure the "spare" relays are properly seated.
