They did not pay to support a forum where they are being degraded.

So, if your "friend" has a problem, have him call the manufacturer and express his anger there. It will not be tolerated here.

If your friend would like to post a specific problem about any sponsor, and uses his name and address and phone number he may do so in an email to this site.

Every one that is in the manufacturing business has spit out a bad copy of their product. There are bad examples of Rolex watches. That does not mean that Rolex is not a good company, or that their product is junk after the warranty expires. We do discuss specific problems on the site. As often as not the manufacturer that is the subject of the discussion will either post to the thread or call the customer about the problem. To just flat out say that it won’t be viable after two years is slander. To further add to the insult; the slander is offered anonymously; and in the third party.

Bob is right and the rules of this site are first and foremost that nobody speaks ill of any of the site sponsors. If you have something nice to say about a sponsor than say it but if you want to speak negatively about a sponsor keep it to your self and if you dont like it that is ok, you can disagree but if you do not follow the rules your post can get deleted and if you continue than you can get banned.

If you have a problem with your pump and it is one of our sponsors we would love to help you we just dont want people speaking poorly of any of our sponsors.

This is not the place for slander, bad mouthing or getting even at one of our sponsors. This is a problem that comes up now and again with new members and we deal with it as it happens.
