While lifting the cab on my Mack it started to tilt slightly the it seemed to not have any pressure as I pumped the jack. Added fluid and no change. I took the lines off of the lift cylinder and pumped the jack. Fluid came out but not very much volume..... Seems like jack is dead? Do they make a seal kit or just buy a new one? Anyone have any other thoughts or ran into this problem??? |

I'd give Mack or a Mack dealer a call and see what they suggest. |

......Or, don´t use Mack-trucks. Use Volvo or Scania-trucks instead! Swedish high-qualitytrucks..... |

Wood had the most logical thought. As I recall if you watch while pumping the hooks should raise and pitch out.In the hing area the often get dirty/rusty and won't unlock correctly.A little lube should help. |
