After great consideration I have decided to leave CIFA/Zoomlion, the concrete pumping and equipment
industry to pursue another opportunity in a related concrete industry effective the end of this year. It
has been an incredible journey as I have met so many good people here and other parts of the world
and learned many things. I will miss and would like to thank all that I have meet over the past years and
wish them success in the upcoming years.

In closing I would like to share this;

It is important to understand the pumping industry it will re-evolve with many new changes for
the better, not only equipment but practices. Those that dwell on old times will not only keep the
industry suppressed, but get left behind. Make friends with your competition, keep an open mind,
accept change and educate yourself on the industry. Get involved today in local and national industry
associations for the betterment of your chosen profession. Do not be pressured by your peers, but
make the right choices that mean the most important things to you and your loved ones.
