Sorry but I am home sick with a tendonitis in my shoulder. After 2 hours driving the boom my shoulder starts to hurt so much I just can't mannage anymore. But here's some pics of a job 2 years ago about the same time this year. When I arived there was no snow at all. But the end of the day there was LOADS..

I already put the snow chains on for the way back you can see. Luckaly because it was complete chaos on the road. Used 3,5 hours on a trip that normaly takes 20 min. Several trailers had stranded in the ditch in both directions. Traffic came to an almost  complete standstill..

The job went nice though. We where filling a cave in the mounten to secure the house that was standing above it. Some months later the started with dynamite right under it to digg a tunnel for the cities new  lightrail..

We have ofcourse all seen more snow than this. It ended with about 20cm on the way home. Problem was they predicted some hours with snow first and then lots of rain. So they didn't come out to clear the snow. Than it seemed out that rain was not comming. It was comming as snow. By that time the traffic was so slow that the snowplows didn't get through anymore. REALY smart..

Wow,

150 yards off what was ordeed on a 450 yard pour. Unforseen conditions or were they able to get more inspected and ready.? Hate to be a customer on another job that ordered from that ready mix company.
