A double end hose sure helps in the situation you were in.All you do is run the boom,no wash-out. |

Thought about it , done it before .But the contractor had plans for me after the footing pour. the other pump left early . I then moved and did some misc. and a rat slab. OE-3 |

I have never thought about pumping into another pump like that. Would you connect the double ended 5" into the deck pipe? How would you prime the second pump. |

Take the 45 loose and plug directly in to the deck pipe.Priming would be done the same way you would on 150 ft. of pipe on the end of the boom.We once didnt have a double ended hose so we did it the same way, but reversed a 5-4 reducer. |

Had this many times, but thanks for the share, the barn cleaners were shy so I had to twin up. |

how come you couldnt get a redi mix truck direct on first pump? |

We could have ... although access was limited to one mixer at a time , with a six hundred yard footing pour. We would of had a major traffic cluster, this gave quick in and out sevice for a faster pour with no congestion. OE-3 |
