Todd Andrew Oliver, 34, of Zirconia went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, from injuries sustained in a car accident.

He was born on Dec. 19, 1972, in Transylvania County. He was the son of Wanda Maybin Oliver of East Flat Rock and the late William 'Ted" Oliver. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alfred and Juanita Maybin; and a brother-in-law, Brent James.

He attended Mud Creek Baptist Church. As owner of Extreme Concrete Pumping, he devoted his time and energy to his business. He enjoyed spending time with friends hunting and fishing, living life to the fullest. He was a loving and devoted father and husband.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Ashley James Oliver of Zirconia; a son, Anthony Oliver of Edneyville; his paternal grandparents, Lillian and J.P. Oliver of East Flat Rock; mother-in-law and father-in-law Audrey and Charlie James; sister-in-law, Mariah James; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mud Creek Baptist Church. Pastor Greg Mathis will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the church, and other times at the residence of Charlie and Audrey James.
