I have to say this is very sad for me, Tom Teubel was always very very kind to me when I entered into the Concrete Pumping market. Tom encouraged me and looked out for me. I remember one World of Concrete I was sitting by myself and I was watching Tom talk to a few guys and I saw he noticed me sitting by myself, he left the group and came over to me and asked me to join them, he asked me to go to dinner with them and asked me to go on a helicopter ride with the group to see the grand canyon. Here is the great part about all of this. Tom did this when the leadership in the Concrete Pumping industry was trying to get rid of me and wanted me gone from the industry. Tom stood up for me and told me to keep doing what I am doing.

I love that guy. I thank God for him. It shocks me how a little kindness can make such a difference in someones life. I will always remember Tom Teubel.

I am not able to express what a good friend Tom was or how good he was to my family and I. I'll always remember the good days working for Tom. We had a lot of fun and made some money.  I'm forever grateful for how he helped me progress in my career. Goodbye old friend.

I moved to Philly in 2006 to open our US branch with Tom. He was very gracious in opening his home to me while I found a place to live, and get set up in a new country. Him and Adina helped me find an apartment in Blue Bell, and made sure everything was taken care of. He also made sure I knew all the good places to eat and be entertained in Philly. I am grateful for the generosity he showed me during that transition in my life.

Dear Todd,

Thank-you for getting the word out of Tom’s passing to his most beloved work buddies.  I was fortunate enough to have met some of you at The World of Concrete 2 yrs ago.  I was not able to reply on the concretepumping.com website so I was wondering if you could post this along with my email.  I think Tom is the only person who truly loved his job – very fortunate man.  We were together for 7 ½ yrs and I was really happy that I could see how well liked he was at the WOC.
