Did you bring home some concrete from your last job and make a concrete rest for your lower hopper? I've never had to put new material cylinders in yet. Nice photo's.

Nice work PourItOut , looks like you got your hands full.

Do me a favor or your next boom inspector a favor. Before you reinstall all the parts, clean and double check the channels the hopper fits on and make damn sure there are no weld cracks, also do the same around the rear rest and the rear steps.And tie downs in that area.

Since the hopper is off , those weldment areas are a breeze to repair now rather than later.
