Hey there guys. i'm in a bit of a sticky situation. I'm torn between the choice of two pumps to choose from. I am currently operating a cifa k40xrz pump mounted on a M.A.N. its a 5 section and a great pump and i feel it is operator friendly!. its the only cifa out of our fleet and there is only a handful of cifas in the country (england) we have no dealer over here!. its 2005 plate and ive been operating it for about  18months. The company i work for (south coast concrete pumping) have bought a schwing 42 sx, its a late 2007 plate. its a 4 section boom, its mounted on a brand new mercedes actros. The lenght of the wheel base is alot longer than the M.A.N. there is alot of boom overhang on the Schwing. in fact we parked the schwing 42 along side our putz 52 5 section  and from cab to the end of booms, the 52 was only 1.5 meters longer than the 42 and the 52 has rear steer, i can see the schwing gona be a bit of a pain to get in and out of sites.  I'd like the schwing 42sx because its all new, but my heart is telling me to keep with the cifa. wot do i choose schwing or cifa??

haha. yeah the brand new schwing that doesnt go anywhere. and does no more than 150m aday, and when you get peeed off onsite get someone to takeover to do last few loads and wash it out, take it bck to yard and fill up wiv water and diesel for him nxt day. we'd all like one of those pumps hey al.
