Has anyone ever experienced this before

Changed hydraulic filter in tank and also the high pressure filter for the boom on a 900 32 meter.  set out the outriggers and raised the boom then activated the pump and nothing happened. Agitators are functioning but the materials cylinders won't cycle. Any ideas??

Is the Forward Neutral Reverse hand lever moving?

Yep everything seems to be normal levers do function but nothing happens

e-stops,older ones boom would work but pump wouldn't.

splined shaft for pumps.
