We have no way of shutting off the pump.. As soon as you put it in pump gear it's pumping!! You can switch it to reverse but your full volume and we can't turn the volume down either

Those to hoses were plugged and disconnected when it was bought and the silonoid above it was unplugged.. The hoses lead back to the pump

Ok so I just figured out that the silonoid does control the volume.. When we put a voltmeter to the wires and turned up the volume on the wireless remote it increased the voltage... Maybe the silonoid went out and they disconnected it and capped those two hoses so instead of having no volume they had full volume?... I don't know but there's one problem fixed... But I still need to figure out why I can't stop the pump? I think the problem is in the brain, there's a lot of mixed up wires in there

know anyone I can call that's good with this type of thing and knows Concords?

Soo we made a temporary on and off switch as we pumped today... I talked with Chico for a while, very nice guy and helped me through a lot as far as the wiring but we ran out of time before we could finish troubleshooting the pump stop issue.. We pumped in 5th instead of 7th to slow it down.. Wasn't too bad but we have a silonoid being overnighted and hopefully I'll figure out the wiring in the morning

i also talked to Lino..I was able to send him the detailed pictures that I took of the wiring but he was very helpful

thanks for your help guys!!

Thanks to Chico and Lino and some brain storming I figured out what the issue was and my start stop is working correctly!

no "jerry riggin" here!.. Someone had a hot wire from the auto greaser connected to that start pump wire that looped through the hour meterSurprised  glad that's fixed...

Still got got the full volume problem but a new silonoid is one the way just not sure if it's the right one

pictures to come!

Glad u got her fixed thats random as to why they would hook those wires up like that. Im sure u will get the right solenoid one way or another chico and lino are very helpful and good with sending out the right parts. My concord was pretty sensitive to the volume control valve one second I was pumping at my speed and the next it was going full volume and no stopping it. Came down to a corroded connector on the din plug. Not fun to pump with thats for sure.

In the bottom left corner of the first picture is the volume silonoid, I don't know if it's the one that was meant to be on there or not.. We got a new one just like it just haven't tried it out yet
