Hey guy’s check this out.

We took our trailer pump and mounted it on a 2008 International.

This was a project that we thought about for years and finally got the chance to do. We all pored our heart and soul into that little pump. I am extremely proud of my guy’s, and what we created. I know a lot of you on this site can appreciate this build.

I hope you all enjoy the video.

Great job! How about a couple of pics loaded with your pipe and hose. How much do you think it will carry?

We will load 200’ of 3’’ and 200’ of 2.5’’ it will hold a lot more though. It is hard to tell by looking at it empty but the hose loads in a circle on each side. That is what the ‘’bullhorns’’ are for. The last bit of the video was shot yesterday. It is getting decals when I get back from Vegas.

awesome trailer pump! Thats honestly the best way to convert them, putting them on a big truck like that. Why didn't you guys put a Stiebel box in there, and run the hydraulics off of the trucks engine? Just curious.

I always like a second motor for a couple of reasons, if the truck brakes down a tow truck can get you there and then you can still pump, also if either alternator goes down you can use the other one, and you always have a jump start. Also that pump burns only 40 liters a day wide open 8hrs.

What are the two clamps for at the rear of the pump by the elbow?

makes sense to me. I was just curious because i know having a tow behind trailer can sometimes suck because the pump doesnt want to start when you get to the job. lol

Really nice looking. Question, Looks like a lot of weight on that rear axle, and watch big dips with that rear overhang.

i believe the 2 clamps are for stability. You clamp the elbow and reducer in those clamps to secure them better.
