hey guys thanks heaps, it is a 5inch WIBAU, putzmeister now owns and makes them.

gee this site cant just have one topic with out any one going gee you are doing that wrong.

for the record that bridge has a load rating of 21tonnes

beside the brisbane yard, we dont have any squeezies, but we pump all our exposed with transcrete and putz piston line pumps. they pump the stuff just fine. its just a matter of keeping the cutting ring nice and tight.

hey Brendo, i dont think Many was having a shot at you, from the pics the bridge does look a bit under strength, would be a bummer to wake up in the morning and find the cab kissing the base of the storm drain. are the steel beams to give it the 21 tonne rating under your wheel track cause white ants luv dead tree meat.

 pumpslut, what happens if it isnt nice and tight? when do you know it's not nice and tight?

in the  hands of a CONCRETE PUMPER that machine will kick arse, big returns for small outlay, there is no money in pumping concrete but there is shit loads to be made when you look like your pumping concrete, being the best MEANS YOU CAN BE the dearest, quality money for a quality job.
