What Scale are they paying in Las vegas for the Union Guys?   Do they still put Labors on the pumps for anything bigger than a 36 meter?

I live in TX and have not had any experince with Unions. How could i learn more about them? From what i hear it seems to be legit. But I hear LOTs of good things and A LOT of bad things about them. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys!!!
