Ok guys a couple months ago i show up at this job and another pump is already there set up so I ask the contractor "Whats this all about" he says hes gonna save some $ and use his pump long story short our salesman assumed they were gonna use our pump.I end up leaving by the way it was a old kline 36m the last thing I said as i was walking away "I would not want to put concrete thorough that" I mean the pump looked whooped. The operator NOT A PUMP operator had no clue what he was doin and here is the result.

So now they use my pump oh and that first job with their pump took 9hrs to do 30yds for pilings the state inspectors sent back two full mixers because of time cause the pump jammed.Lesson learned it doesn't always pay to be cheap

I just have to smile when a contractor says he can't afford a good 4000 psi mix for a line pump job. I tell him my hourly rate and make him sign my sheet right then and there. I don't try to save anyone money when it comes to pumping a good mix. And I do all my jobs myself so I don't get pipes that look like those.
