Any body familar with Utelite out of Salt Lake? If so, how high and how far have you pumped it? |

Utelite is an expanded shale product used in structural lightweight mixes. It is very similar to Hydrolite in regards to pumpability. Needs to be kept wet. We have pumped a couple of decks with Utelite aggregate in the mix up 5 stories and through 200' of 3.5" system with no problem. Keep an eye on your slumps going in and coming out. |

sounds just like any other lightweight looses 4" going through all you half to do is poor it wet and watch your main pump pressure guage |
