I have been buying small 12 VOLT vibrators from a company in Rl for about 4 years always good service,until a few weeks ago I had a DC-60 quit working and it was less than a year old by 3 months, I shipped it UPS after about 10 days I call them and was told they would call me back shortly nobody called next day I call again same story, anyway needless to say no one called, so this morning I called and talked to someone asked them to ship it back and I had to pay for that, so watch out buying Vibrators from this Company.
