I am looking to trade someone two vacant industrial lots in south Florida for their concrete pumps.  We can work this two ways: 1) Take over my payments on the lots in trade for your equipment (total value of $900,000.00) or 2) Purchase my lots and receive a check from me for up $450,000.00.  Please call or email me for more details.  772-263-9337 - baja34990@aol.com

Maybe that you should,

1. Go fall asleep on your useless lots or,

2. When you have knowledge of the industry, come in at the right time, and do not try to take advantage of those who are facing hard times.

Keep your nickles!

1) The lots are not useless and are a good investment for someone that is able to wait for the economy to stabilize and values in property to rise. Something that will not happen with their concrete pumps.

2) I am not expecting to trade the property for auction values of equipment.  My family is a victim of the decling industry and our concrete pumping business was forced into bankruptcy because of our inability to adapt to the rapidly changing economic conditions and several other reasons.  Taking advantage of people is the last thing I am looking to do.  I am hoping to find someone that will be willing to help us return to the concrete pumping industry so we can earn a living again.  Regardless of how much the property will increase in value over the next couple of years my family's need is now and with concrete pumps we will be able to provide for our family again, something the land is not doing for us at this time.

Hey Baja, I'd like to aplogize for the wise cracks and grief I gave you on your first post regarding property for pumps. Now that you've explained your situation a little more I have to agree with Todd. Good luck. I admire your determination. After seeing what this first round of pumps sold for at auction, it sounds like someone will be able to get a couple pumps for under $100K in your part of town at the next round. Keep that in mind.

see alot of equipment coming out of florida and as you have been beat up from the industry changes consider doing more real estate. package the best use of your lots to a group of investers while keeping a portion for yourself. research other properties that will fit a buyers criteria. there is two prices for pumps and property, whats its worth and what you will get in a timely sale. right now in a half done subdivision the 60K lots have two repos going for 42,500 and my buyer is a half a block down the same street. we can put a project together and survive. you must know other pumpers that will work for cheep, use them.
