Information Request for Truck Mounted Pumps

If you own a truck mounted concrete pump with a GVW of
26,001 pounds or more this information could save you at least
$20,000 per pump. Currently you will be required to comply with the California Air Resources Board, {CARB} rules for highway trucks. This means a Diesel Particulate Filter installed depending on engine year. This rule starts January 1 2011.

The staff has agreed to consider exempting concrete pumps
from the highway rules. But only if we supply them with an accurate inventory of the total number of trucks operating in California. We need to know how many trucks you are operating currently. Do not include trucks that are not currently registered or otherwise not in operation. This means the year of the truck, horsepower if you know it and truck brand. We do not care about pump brand or size. It is vital that the information be accurate. If we are not creditable we will lose and you will have to spend a large amount of money due to your own inaction. CARB will only see a total number of trucks for the state. No names will be included and no locations, only the total number of trucks.

I have attended every board meeting for over 5 years, held every month and participated in any number of meetings, workshops and conversations I have never disclosed any company or individual name. They have repeatedly requested this information and never gotten any. They will not get anything but the total number of trucks, not your fleet or location, only the gross number of trucks operating in California. This is your chance to delay a painful and expensive rule.

lol you are right, I for one hate california and we are thinking of moving to texas, austin maybe. Jerry Brown is going to finnish off california for sure.

California may be part of the United States, But its not part of America!  You will need a passport and your voting history to move here to Texas.  You should apply for a Visa soon I here the waiting list to come to America is getting longer.   :)

Got that right ROOK. I have family in Kalifornia and I visit them rarely. Even had a job offer there once at almost twice the pay and sai no thanx. I will stay in Az and be happy.
