JOHN BREAK OUT YOUR MANUAL,  IN MY BOOK CONTROL PANEL IS CHAPTER 10   ON PAGE 9-8 N SHOWS CONTROL BLOCK PUMP-WATER-AGITATOR.  NOTE THE VALVE CARTRIDGES (9 & 10)  THESE CONTROL HYDROLIC PRESSURE FOR THERE INDIVIDUAL CIRCUITS # 10 FOT AGITATOR-WATER. IF PIECE OF TRASH GET IN VALVE IT WILL STICK AND DUMP PRESSURE. START THERE , SOMETIMES JUST RE MOVING AND CLEANING IT DOES THE TRICK, YOU CAN PUSH THE VALVE OPEN AND SPRAY WITH BRAKE CLEAN OR AIR.

AnimalA couple of my outrigger valves are getting sticky and hard to actuate.  Do I just take 'em apart and clean them with brake cleaner to get them easy and smooth again?

DPT, MY KNOWLEDGE IS LIMITED. IM STILL TRYING TO FIND A SOURSE FOR THE HANDLES SO I DONT HAVE TO BUY COMPLETE VALVES. WHEN THEY STRIP YOU CAN TURN THEM OVER AND GET A LITTLE MORE LIFE OUT OF THEM. HAVENT BEEN THROUGH THAT. P.S. JOHN WATCH THE RUBBER O-RING ON THE CANISTER WHEN YOU PULL IT.
