That is so cool. Please dont be afraid to ask for advice before the a big poor. We all wish you the best. Show up early, do a safe set up and clean up your mess and the guys will call you back. If i had time i would stay back with the guys and help them if i could. They always loved that. On some of the jobs i would bring cold water for the guys. Believe me its nice to get requested on jobs, shows your boss that you are representing.

listen to the more experinced guys, some of them don't come off the good imfo till you ask, they will more than likeley let you make little mistakes so you will learn the right way, just pay CLOSE attetion to what they do WHEN they do it and always ask WHY they do what they do when they do it and you'll be fine.Just be sure and THINK before you act, that will kepp you safe and out of trouble, if you get that funny feeling before doing something, DON'T do it.

And NEVER do something just because

"Well, the last guy did it."

I remember my first days.  nervous as all get out.  operating the pump is easy.  it is just knowing your mud and what it can do and what you can do with it.  I found that making a few mistakes myself I learn alot faster.  someone telling me, I guess it doesn't sink in as well.  you will do fine.  it's a great job.
