Been pumping for some time now and never had my hose ever even hardly move besides whip until today.
A progressive amount of little issues almost got someone hurt. Was waiting for a clean up and was in a tough set up with power lines everywhere, the mud was getting firm but not bad, called the plant and the truck was to arrive in 5 mins, so i backed up a little wetted up and went forward, at the same time the contractor did not want old mud at the joint so he was holding the hose vertically away because I could not move over because of power lines, no pressure real easy and boom, If there would have been mettle on that end he would have been hurt worse or killed, keep the ends rubber boys. Then on the way home lost the turbo, This beer is tasting good, and everyone is alright! |
