So my boss asked me to come up with a solution that describes the fear of our customers and how are we able to bring them the solutions. For example if you worry about warranty and after-sales service, we provide 6-12 month warranty. If you worry about price, we guarantee our price is 15% cheaper than the market, etc.
Our company provides used heavy equipment from Korea, Japan and China. The director vision is to make online heavy equipment shopping popular in Viet Nam. So please help me with this. I'm desperate and if I can't come up with any good ideas I might quit the job because of shame.
