Sandstorm, found at local buliders supply.  Also a Needle Scaler for bad stuff.  Check online

I also use a Hot water pressure washer once and a while.  I try to wash and wax it once a week, but that almost does not happen anymore.  Dont forget tire shine too.

I just purchased  5 gallons of Backset, I was using Acid but you got to be carefull and its a guess trying to figure out how much water to cut it with. I like Backset.

We use Speedy-Clean and a pressure washer. But we also spray a little Diesel and oil mix before every pour.

When you use acid make sure you cover up your chrome with plastic, it says it's safe, but it's cheap insurance.

I use old Hydraulic Oil, it doen't stain my pumps. I mix it 50/50. I've used old motor oil, it made the pump look extremly dirty because of the soot but works just as good. I still pressure wash it or take a brush to it after every day to get all the concrete off.

"Backset" is amazing stuff! It's expensive though so once your rig is clean i would suggest using tarps or spraying the back of your pump down with some type of oil before you pour to prevent buildup from happening in the first place. Preventative maintence works best!

They make a new type of form release oil thats more enviro safe i think its made out of some kind of vegetable oil. I haven't tried it yet but noticed how well it works of concrete forms it look thicker. I'll try that next. Also, i need to get a heavy duty metal sprayer, i've broke dozens of the plastic type. They are crap.

Form oil on the backend and power wash when back at the yard. I clean the boom with degresser when I can. Avoid acid if can your be blowing hyd. lines in the future.
