Is there any issues with this set up?

assuming your asking because he's short rigged on passenger side on both front and rear?

I would like to see more dunnage under those legs too, but as long as the ground is compact and nothing is underneath the ground should be ok not having the load spread out as much.

what's the reason for the question Todd?

I mean, I can't really see where the front right outrigger is. Is it in the container or outside? Don't know.

But the rig-up looks all right. So why ask the question? Are you slagging somebody?

Can any of us pumpers around the world better judge the situation than the mate with his rig actually on site?

I don't think so!

Or?

I would say that the shortrigged front outrigger is a danger. Because they are not fully extended, the strongest points are not in the bracing points (fulcrum?  I believe)

You are right punisher, and I am not trying to bust anyones balls. Just trying to point out something that was pointed out to me.

"This putzmeister legs have stress points at the end of each extension that's why they must be extended fully or not at all. In this picture the leg should have been fully extended up the side of the cab giving a 180 degree working area. It has been known for the legs to fail unless used like that"

the issue is the contractor didnt move the rack of pipe so the pump can setup correctly on their site

Just what I was thinking. Legs all the way out or not at all. Very few people stick to that actualy..

Thing is that if there is so little pressure on that outrigger that you can leave it all the way in than it won't do to much dammage on an outrigger that is half extended eighter.. Only when you're gona boom over a half outrigger (which you should never do) Than there is a good chance of doing some dammage..

Why not swing it in towards the cab then fully extend then activate the oss
