I think he's talking about the dip-$hits that pull out in front of us at 30 miles an hour. No pump comes off an on ramp at the right speed to merge. Unless its 2 miles long. |

The whole thing is you are supposed to "merge" with the flow of traffic. Too many times I see people slowing down to a crawl waiting for an opening to jump into. Meanwhile traffic backs up on the on ramp.... Most of those I see looking over their shoulder, so I think the shoulder thing is not actually the cruxt of the issue, in my humble opinion. |
