Shell alvania or shell retinax grease?

 Schw---,boom and back end,manual greaser

This is just my personal opinion.

The grease for the assend of the pump is just filling a cavity and chasing grout; with the exception of the shifting cylinder trunion zerks. I never cared what kind of grease went there. My personal spec was for "cheap"

The boom is a different issue. There is a lot of pressure there and a lot of money is wasted if the grease doesn't do its job. I would go to a website, or talk to someone that knows what he is talking about with whatever brand grease you use. Make sure that they know the application (important) and buy the best available for the job.
