It was made by Schwing in the 1990's, but due to the lawsuit climate in the United States, Schwing America ruled that they were NOT to be distributed here at all. From a plaintiff's attorney's prospective, it's an opportunity to show that the manufacturer thinks accidents are funny. It's B.S., I know, but that's how it works in the U.S. When we, as citizens, vote to stop the attorneys, we'll again be able to develop our sense of humor.
