ILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- Police arrested a woman Wednesday for allegedly stealing more than $100,000 from a Hutto business over the span of two years.

The owner of XXXXXX Concrete Pumping reached out to police recently. He stated that Luz Divina Rodriquez worked for his company as a dispatcher and would deal with invoices and payments. From 2014 to 2015, the owner told police that Rodriguez would take checks written to the business, add her name to the payee line and then deposit the checks into her personal bank account.

Police said Rodriguez allegedly wrote 93 checks to herself totaling about $121,643. The owner said that when he confronted her about the checks, she admitted to stealing from him.

According to Williamson County Jail records, she was booked on Wednesday and bailed out on Thursday.
