A lot of talk on the site pertains to boom's. I and many others are line operators. When I see a post that concerns me, or I may help with I contrubite. One of the great things about this site is all have the freedom to join and participate or not. I have learned many things from this site and really appericiate it. On the other hand I have been trashed on some of my threads. So here is a shout from a semi-silent member.

Oops nevermind, I thought I was responding to a singles ad that read "Women/silent patner" but while I'm here...

As I have said before "If you dont know whats gion on inside your boom-pipe, ya got no business hang'n it over someones head" The best operators are spawned from deep within the bowels of a line pump. Also I have seen chrome nut hot-shots fall apart over 50 ft of hose. And thats just from loading it on their pump. lol

I have also learned a lot by joining this site. I learn something new everyday on here. I enjoy looking at the posts and comments, but I think some members are silent because when they try to post something or comment on something, other members try to down them or rip their pictures apart. Just a thought. I try to focus on the positive, not the negative.

if your soft skined, your in the wrong industry.  if getting 'ripped' about a post or pics hits a soft spot, what going to happen on a job site when a super tries to rip you a new a$$ hole?  if ive posted a pic were i doin something stupid, i sure hope someone gives me a hard time about it

When a pic is right and tight, we say so.

When it is obviously out of compliance, we say so.

If one of your operators wants to post pictures of his campfire....... well

Actually, I was just agreeing with the semi-silent member Redman1 up there on his post and commenting on what I have personally seen on here the few months I've logged on. Me and "campfire" aren't silent members and he posts what he does for his own reasons. I wish more people would actively participate, instead of stay behind the scenes.
