I guess you are all speechless. That owner should be wearing an orange jump suit and be getting acquainted with his new boyfriend. Lock him up and throw away the key. With the safety gear that is available this kind of thing should never happen. I guess this tight wad operates by the motto "save a penny lose a life". It dosnt sound like he cares very much about his guys. Merry Chistmass Boss. Heres an idea give your guys a bonus and keep them safe.

I don't believe in accidents. It is always the fault of the boss. You can deligate authority, which is what you do when you send some one out to do a job and represent your company. I would think that you would know who you are sending.I would hope that that person was trained and qualified and provided with the best and most up to date equipment to do the job. But the bottom line is, YOU CAN NEVER DELIGATE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!! The responsibility always rests on the shoulders of the boss. It was either a lack of training, being rushed, not having another competent person spotting him or not having an alarm system in place. If there was some thing the boss could have done and didn't it's the fault of the boss. The man is dead! It would be an easy sleezy thing to blame the victim he is no longer here to defend him self. A life is lost. God help the boss that rolls the dice every day to save time or a dime and puts at risk someones life.
