I think you push the concreteworkers to work faster by pumping faster. But then you have to be faster to remote the boom at right time every m3.  but 190 m3 in a regular 8 hourpumping to a slab, is very fast even if the slab is 20 cm thick or more - it seems on the pics that the slab wasn´t 10 cm - then it have to be the worldchampion-concreteworkers to pour the slab and a realy sencetive boomoperator in worldclass to pump out the concrete. But 190 m3 on a regular 8-hour pumpingday is unbeliveble good work. Hope your boss gave you a clap on your shoulder - you have one from me, good work. It wasn´t a 20.000 m3 skyscrape-foundationmole....

Nice pics mate, Hows the new pump going? We did a 250m3 pour friday and my wife was all happy about that until the hoseman called in sick at 3;30 in the morning and my wife had to come operate the boom all day!

ALMIMA 190 M3 slab and 20 cm thick is called a morning job over here start at 7 and order the finishing load on the coffee break at 10. Dispatch starts to cry if you can’t do the 1pm job.

But that was a few years a go. Now days it seems that it can’t be done that way. Bosses kicked out the most expensive members of the crews, mixerdrivers work slower because they want the hours, and the pump opp has also had his part of his boss. So now it is a nice and smooth 8-hour job.

What a wife you got! The best my wife (or my daughters) use to do when i´m not so extremly km from home and i pump all night long, is to bring me a thermos of hot newbrewed coffee and newbaked buns, parked beside the pouring mixertruck. That is very much for me at these maratonpumping i have 7 - 8 times/year. She (and my daughters) knows everything how to pump - she (they) has to know the job in case, and they know that - but my wife work as a nurse and she prefer to make coffey and bake buns to me and my employees, instead of pump concrete. Only once she had to finished a pumpjob - and i´ve heard about her "brave" sins that....

It was 2 large bases 90m³(15 feet x30 feet x 40 inchs depth )+85m³(7 base 12x12x40inches)+15m³( 40 inches large x12 inches depth footing)

It was not a very fast poor we were waiting for rm truck every 2 trucks and the last 2.5m³ came 35 minute later then we empty the last truck

i really enjoye my new 39m,i just changed(tuesday) last boom pipes that were thin and now i can pump without any  headach.Next step i waiting for the rock valve cylinder rod.I little hydrolic leaking from it.Order from schwing germany 4 weeks ago.

Sorry, Superdoffer. I only measure the concrete as the speed the Swedish concreteworkers can receive it. I mean Skanska, Peab or NCC (Biggest buildingcompany in Sweden) and they allways have very good and fast concreteworkers. But if you say that a 190 m3-pumping on a slab is a 1:st job at a day...i can buy it if the slab is 40 inch deep ( as the post) = 100 cm, but how often is a slab that thick? Not so often, i suppose. A fast concreteworker who gave an guarantee to a slab up/down 3mm (i don´t know the measure in Amerikan way - but it´s tight). They have to be worldchampions in concreteworking if they make a 200 mm (8 inch) slab - 190 m3. And thats just a morningjob for the pump? Not if the tolerance is up/down 3mm -as it is in Swedish concretepourings on every slab. + - 3 mm is a standard in Sweden. Maybe Sweden has an too accurate buildingpolicy (typical Sweden in that case). But all pouring in Sweden has no difference to more than + - 3 mm. Sorry that a don´t know how much it is in Amerikan measurement, but it´s very tight and precisly - as Sweden is in a nutshell....

Sorry that i question you Superdoffer, but you shined that a 190 m3- pumpingjob is done in 3 hours. I know that your pump can make that. But as you tell in the reply that it´s a normalmorningjob....? Please give me the phonenumber to that guy who handle the logistics to the mixertrucks every day, and he will have an extreemly wellpayed work in Sweden. Trust me - every concretedelivery in the biggest market (Stockholm) wants an magician to solve the tight logisticproblem as it is to emty every mixdrum to an 190 m3-pouring in 3 hours as a normalyday before dinnertime. Not even Sigfried and Roy can solve that logistic. The maximumwheight for a 4-axletruck in Sweden is on a highway: 32 tons = 7,5 m3 load. In the city or on a smaller roads is the maximumload: 5 m3 - 3 or 4-axles.

Sorry, Superdoffer that i bark on your reply, now i read your second reply... Now i feel sad that you have to waste hours on the costumers fee to keep the job. If i ever know that my emploees do that - they will get fired immediatley. I can´t build and make my company to grow on a lie to my costumer - that´s impossible for every company. But not yours??? I maybe run a pumpcompany in a wrong country but my costumers do not tolerate timewaste in pumphour that they should pay - then they call another pumpcompany immediatley.

Almima, my wife ran the 36 metre in my profile pics for 5 years until she got pregnant, now she does dispatch and billing! Truth be known the pumps belong to her, i was gettin out of the industry when i rolled the 28 metre taking a corner to fast, two wekks later she bought the 36 as a present to make me feel better, or get me out the house more like it!!
