I have been reading and following this board for so long, and posted my opinion about numerous subjects, that continue to come up on this messge board that everyone has already heard, YET, NO ONE, has done a F-ng thing to correct the problem, yet the same subjects keep coming up., and everyone continues to put in their advise and no one hears and we continue to post about it again, and people get hostile and mouthy about it all the time because they think they know it all. WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE!

FOR THE OPERATOR THAT KNOWS IT ALL, I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU TAECH ME, because my lesson book has not found the final chapter.

FOR THE OWNER THAT KNOWS IT ALL, I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO GIVE ME A PAY CHECK, BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT A CLUE. WHY WOULD YOU DROP PRICES OR SET RATE, THAT SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CLUE. i THOUGHT THAT AS A BUSINESS YOU WERE IN IT TO MAKE A PROFIT. DOES ANYONE ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?

The only way that this Industry will survive is that owners will be owners, operators will be operators.

If you do not have anything to say, shut the F UP, take your check and go home. If you give a F----, do your job, take care of your machine (LIKE YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD) treat your customers like you would want to be treated yourself, and shut the F UP.

I am so tired of all the KNOW IT ALLS ON THIS WEBSITE that want to make themselves FEEL LIKE THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE, yet do nothig but type words, ridicule the other, not teach a f-ing thing because they think they are right.

My2cents you should take your own advice. No need to freak out. 99% of the post on this message board are light hearted with people sharing what happened this day, asking for advise and showing us some pictures. Times are hard right now and people are getting a bit stressed out. Things are hard for everyone. I know your trying to help but telling a company that they should not pump for cost or less than cost is like telling a drunk he drinks too much, they know and do it anyway. Educater? Educator. What is it you teach? Come on now. Just share it.

Sometime we ask and repeat questions and answers. Many times it is because someone may not have even seen the subject post. Busy or just not on the site for a few days so the asking person has no idea.

Tough times has nothing to do with all this. You are not going to teach anyone through this time or anything with that language and heated talk. We come here to hang out and talk about our industry. Try and help people. Learn about the manufactures, new products and sometimes even find our people a job or two.

Relax. Just come in, hang out and be a part. I think VASA covered the health side of things.

I've been pumping concrete for 20 something years.Iv'e won some pretty nice things for doing so. BUT, The one thing I,ve always say IS I learn somwthing new eveyday about concrete pumping.If I see a post I can help with I will speak.If I see a post I can learn from I read.If I see some thing stupied I laugh and go on.

The reason for this web site is to LEARN.Read learn and HELP people.

I agree with 2cents on some points. I am only paid to pour concrete, I know sometimes there are beter ways to do it, there  are sometime more profiteble ways to do it,but  my boss singe the pay check. so he is the bos.

Lessons are learned by people who get joy in learning, by people who get joy in teaching! On this site even the most experienced of us (yes I put myself in that category) can and do learn from those who are less experienced! Now I don't know just what your experience is, and at this point I don't want to, but you've just shown us your small mindedness. We ,as pump operators, are kind of lonely souls! We show up on jobs on a temporary basis, never really getting to be a part of the team.Yes, our jobs are critical, but we are outsiders working with day to day crews. Here we get to say our piece,to bounce ideas off each other and to feel a part of the brotherhood we miss out there! Here, I belong! Here's an example. I wear yellow rubber boots when I wash out,and it has always been a pain in the ass to put on and take off those boots. This new operator and I were washing out side by side, and he put his workboots into those flimsy plastic grocery bags you get at wallyworld, before putting them into his yellow boots. When I asked him why, he just said try it. Well, those yellow boots went on slick as slickpack! What he did was teach me something, without ego! The way its meant to be here! YourTwoSense is right... on schedule. Every 26 weeks or so we are blessed with your timely release of accumulator pressure. You may need to adjust or replace your nitrogen charge.There seems to be a constant supply of head pressure but it's relief is erratic and inconsistant. The timing is pretty regular but there seems to be a restriction or blockage of some sort.

 Hey I think I figured it out! That "F---" sound that keeps repeating over & over is an indication of accumulated pressure that cant - quite - fully - release which gradually increases over time. When it reaches its critical threshold it purges and restarts the cycle over. You need to make sure all pressure is fully expelled before it charges again otherwise an O-ring is going to squirt out of your brain resulting in drain bamage.

 Try this TooCense, whenever you find yourself repeating that "F---" sound push REALLY hard and get it out! If you keep retaining that pressure, however small, you will progressivly make less and less SENSE with every purge. Eventually leading to pointless ramblings that wont even make sense to you...

OK lets give it a shot, you'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel. I know it's tough but I'm here to help...
