Concrete pump truck discharging waste March 22, 2008

1500 block of Valley Creek — A Denton man complained to police Thursday after he saw a concrete pump truck discharging waste into a vacant lot near his home. The man said he confronted the truck driver about the illegal dumping, “but he did it anyway,” according to a police report.

The truck fled the scene before police arrived, but an officer took pictures as evidence. Police were investigating.
