Schwing Adds Sales Administrator 2006

In order to better serve the customer, Schwing America has hired Lisa Polanski to the position of Sales Administrator. Polanski brings an impressive educational background and extensive experience in concrete pumping to her new job.

Polanski received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Siena Heights University, Adrian, MI where she was recruited on a basketball scholarship. She went on to earn a Masters Degree in human resources development. After graduation she worked in a automotive service-oriented business before joining Cross Enterprises, Melvindale, MI a leading Schwing distributor and dominant concrete pumping firm in Michigan with branches in Detroit, Grand Rapids. Cross also operates a pumping service in Orlando. During her six years with the Cross organization Polanski was in charge of their human resources department and also worked in dispatching.

“Lisa brings a valuable perspective to our sales department and a unique combination of education and experience,” explains Brian Hazelton, Schwing vice-president of sales and marketing. In her position Polanski will be working on programs to streamline the sales process and assist Schwing regional managers. She will also be an in-house liaison between regional sales and production to assure quality control in ordering and delivery.
