Schwing Announces New Dosing System for Shotcreting 2007

Schwing’s Trailer Pump Division has announced the availability of a new dosing system for use with the company’s popular line of concrete pumps. Schwing trailer pumps make excellent shotcrete tools with the fast shifting valves providing minimum hose surge for all-day, low-effort operation. The new dosing system option adds even more to the convenience and efficiency during shotcreting operations. The new pump adds the chemical additive to the mix at a proportional rate to the pump’s output. This occurs at the nozzle and the rate can be adjusted depending on the job requirements. The dosing pump option includes a chemical pressure gauge, a potentiometer to change the additive ratio and a proportional valve manifold.

Schwing trailer pumps manufactured in the Atlanta Branch include mechanical ball valve and all-hydraulic models with outputs from 25 to 95 cubic yards per hour.
