TIER II ENGINES FEATURE MORE HORSEPOWER, LOWER EMISSIONS 2004
Schwing America, Inc., leading manufacturer of concrete construction equipment, recently unveiled the newest improvements to their extensive line of trailer-mounted concrete pumps. The new pumps are equipped with industrial engines manufactured by Deutz GA, featuring increased power and lower emissions to meet Environmental Protection Agency standards.
The new Deutz engine family 2012 provides up to 25% increased horsepower while fulfilling emission regulations COM II / EPA II. The new engines feature forward mounted cooling systems.
The new trailer pumps also feature Schwing-patented valves, including the Rock Valveā°, which has pumped more concrete than any other type of valve. Other valves types available include ball valves for the P-88 models and transfer tubes for the P-305. Schwing is the only manufacturer to offer three types of valves depending on the size of the pump.
